Q. How do I rent through your company?

Q. Can I rent if the event is not a wedding?

A. Of course! We accommodate any type of event. Just reach out to info@foreverinbloomrentals.com and we will guide you through the rental process.

 

Q. What are your payment options?

A. We offer three payment options: (1) Cash or Check(preferred method), (2) full payment upon booking, or (3) SHOP Pay, which gives you the ability to pay for your rental with a four or twelve month payment plan.

*Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses

 

Q. What distance is included in the rental price?

A. Free delivery is included within 20 miles of our warehouse in Bay View, Wisconsin. A pickup time of no later than 9PM. Pickup times after 9PM can be scheduled for additional fee. If you are unsure if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know. 

 

Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 20 miles of your warehouse in Bay View?

A. If your location exceeds 20 miles, we charge $1/miles not to exceed 75 miles.

 

Q. What does it mean when it says, “price is for 1 setup/location only”?

A. The rental includes the setup at one time and only one location. Additional fees will be charged if the rental item is moved from one location to another (e.g. the ceremony to the reception)

 

Q. Can you request to see a rental in person first?

A. The rentals are unavailable for pre-booking appointments. They are too cumbersome to transport and are safely stored when they are not booked. Clear and candid photos + videos are available so you can be assured of the product quality. Q. Can I request a floral arrangement to be created + then rented for my event?

A. We do not offer custom floral arrangements, but are currently working on adding new florals to choose from.

 

Q. Can the arrangements be customized?

A. Customization can be achieved by adding fresh flowers of your color choice to the arrangement. No flowers can be removed from the arrangements.

 

Q. I am having issues checking out, is the check-out button not working?

A. Please ensure you are using a compatible browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host Shopify. If this fails to solve your problem, please contact us and we will promptly get back to you!
