How to Rent

  1. Select the product you'd like to rent from the "shop" page.
  2. Choose your rental options and click "book your rental"
    • Select the date and time of delivery to your venue (arches will take around 30 minutes to setup upon our arrival) and click "book now"
    • Enter the venue name and address for delivery, pickup time and read and agree to our terms of service, then click "book now"
  1. All orders include delivery, setup + pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9PM, and delivery within 20 miles of our warehouse in Bay View. Pickups past 9PM will incur a separate fee.
    • The delivery cost for orders outside 20 miles will be determined based on location. Please email us us and a quote will be provided for you. Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late-night pickup fee, which can be found on our terms and conditions

Price is for 1 setup/location only

The rental includes the setup at one time and only one location. Additional fees will be charged if the rental item is moved from one location to another (e.g. the ceremony to the reception)
